In the year 1999 when the war of Kosovo began, too many Refugees have fled their country to be safe from the killings, and what may bring along with it.

My job was as a Social Adviser and Psychological apprentice. Caring for the Traumatised Children and Elders treating them and residing them to the rooms special made for them. As a Volunteer at the Danish Red Cross i helped the wounded psychologically and the traumatized Children. In a Pilot Project made from the Danish Red Cross for the people traumatized from war.

My job was to stay as near and help the children to get through the trauma they were into, during the war and the road to a better place. I have helped in both Translation and treating them with care. This project was meant to last one year from day 1!

During the work, i have done other things such as entertaining the Refugees and helping them Orienting them with Information needed.
