What is it to work from home, and how does this help you beneffit your work and projects?

A computer and a good connection to the internet will do it!

Working from home has been improved lately over the years. However, you need also to think about the negative subjects as Healthy as well. Working from home is very constructive and it has been proven that people that work less than 8 hours are most likely to be 30% productive than the work done in the office. However, working from the office it is also productive if you knew the right way to move forward. However working less hours is the main important thing. In Sweden and Finland that, work within 5 hours a day has improved the worker's ability to be more productive and their productivity increased within the same year 30%. This is the most positive way of working. We also need to make sure that working from home is combined with activity, and giving the employers the right to work from home and less than 8 hours is more than acceptable. This way you keep them more motivated and life balancing. What would it be good for a country like Albania? Will this type of work fit into the logic of the local employers? We also know that most of the Tech nerds already use online platforms and work for International employers and their productivity is quite impressive. We need also to regulate income. EU has already regulated such Freelancing jobs. However, what is the best way to start at least with the Albanian labor laws? How to be more productive and how to increase the trust of the employer to employe so the productivity increases to the % the employer wishes to achieve.

All of this can be achieved. Yes. Although a study on how the control over for their business is light and doesn't damage psychologically the employe. I find it interesting how businesses are working constantly to improve their way of giving services. However, regulation by law needs to be done before we move forward to productivity. There must be a law for such projects. What would it be the best way to follow, what would the Businesses need to trust the Government and what would be their request on an innovative way for constructive cooperation with the Law Makers?

Note: Such projects are of course not easy to create without the authority's involvement but absolutely possible to achieve. In order for the business to developed and be more competitive, we need to improve the Institution and help them digitalize everything and be more constantly there when help is needed and or consultation is more adequate.

Before we build a business model, we need to train the Administration to be more responsive to the requested. In most of the cases, the automated system helps to resolve the long waiting time by simplifying the processes and problem resolving.
